Join UTA Libraries Special Collections on Tuesday, Oct. 15, 12 p.m.-2 p.m. to commemorate and reflect on the AIDS Memorial Quilt.



The open house event will feature refreshments, an interactive display of the entire Quilt, and a space to reflect and discuss the impact of the AIDS Memorial Quilt. The following groups will be tabling at the event to share related resources:



Intercultural Student Engagement CenterQTA: LGBTQ+ Faculty and Staff NetworkThe Queer Social Work AssociationYesterQueer: The Tarrant County LGBTQ+ History ProjectUTA Libraries

The Quilt will be on display on the sixth floor of Central Library from Oct. 14-18 from 9 a.m.- 4:30 p.m. Both the display and the open house are open to the public.
