This mind and body class utilizes yoga movements to improve your flexibility, posture, strength, and balance. The class will bring attention and focus to your breath while you flow from one posture to the next. 

This 45-minute class is a full body workout that will have you feeling strong and powerful. There will be various stations that you will move through which will target different muscles of your body, build strength and cardiovascular endurance. The class has a 10 participant limit.

This vibrant step aerobics class combines basic step combos with fun choreography set to top chart hits. This energetic class keeps you moving and grooving as you step to the rhythm, ensuring you have a blast while getting your cardio in.
