The show, See the Unseen, focuses on showcasing the often-overlooked elements of culture and community that shape the world around us.Student submissions will be assessed by a panel of judges, and prizes will be awarded to first- and second-place student entries in three different themes.Maverick community members may submit one photo per category for consideration across any of the following categories:Intercultural Immersion: Captures moments where individuals are immersed in the culture of their host country (U.S. or abroad). Photos might showcase students engaging in everyday activities that reflect the unique aspects of the host country's culture, or participating in local events, traditions, or festivals. Photos may also capture a moment or scene, which creates a culturally immersive or -reflective experience for the viewer. Culture & Landscapes: Highlight the natural beauty and landscapes of host country locations (U.S. or abroad).
