ARLINGTON, TEXAS – The UT Arlington Maverick baseball team will face off against the Oklahoma Sooners at Globe Life Field on Wednesday, Feb. 19.
The Mavericks return to Globe Life Field for the fourth time in the last five seasons against its fourth different opponent. In 2021, the Mavericks defeated the Tarleton Texans 14-1, and then lost to the #25 Oklahoma Sooners. The Mavericks returned to Globe Life Field in 2023 for a matchup against DBU. Last season, the Mavs took on #19 Texas Tech.
