FORT WORTH - The UT Arlington volleyball team heads across tarrant county to Fort Worth for the opening matchup of the Horned Frog Invitational.
 
The Mavs open the tournament on Tuesday against #23 TCU at 6:30 p.m. at the Schollmaier Arena. 
 
The Mavs are off to a 9-0 start, including seven sweeps, for the first time in program history, and have a chance to take down #23 ranked TCU for a 10-0 start. The last Maverick victory over a ranked team came in 2020 when UTA down #11 Texas State in three sets in the season finale.

• Paige Reagor holds a hitting percentage of .432 which leads the Western Athletic Conference. She also ranks 20th in the nation.
• Brianna Ford leads the conference in kills per set with a mark of 4.55, which also ranks 12th in the NCAA. Ford also leads the conference in points per set with a 5.31 clip, which ranks her 12th in the nation.
• Mollie Blank ranks second in the conference in assists per set with a strong mark of 10.53.
• As a team, the Mavericks lead the conference in hitting percentage (.266), assists per set (12.68) and opponent hitting percentage (.141).
• The Mavericks are one of the 16 undefeated teams remaining in the country, and one of six teams in the NCAA that have a minimum record of 9-0.
