Performance Cycle 45 is 45 minutes of HIIT cycle class that will challenge your cardio fitness. With group work, fast flats, and heavy climbs, this class is designed to take your performance to the next level. A towel and water bottle are required.  

Rafael Najera, a student at UTA, will take the stage to share a passion for music with the audience.
