This 45-minute class is a full body workout that will have you feeling strong and powerful. There will be various stations that you will move through which will target different muscles of your body, build strength and cardiovascular endurance. There will be a limit of 10 participants.

Inetermediate Yoga is a challenging yet mindful workout, designed to help you delve deeper into your practice by exploring more advanced poses to build strength, flexibility, and balance through a dynamic sequence of asanas. This class will leave you feeling energized, refreshed, and centered.

Calling all dragon riders, knights, and rangers. It’s time to get fit! Dumbbells & Dragons combines martial arts, yoga, Pilates and more for a full body workout to help you take on the world.  

Go for a spin! This ride is for everyone. Try this class of high intensity, medium impact cardio training in your target heart rate zone. A towel and water are required. The class is limited to 12 participants. 

Join an enchanting evening of piano mastery led by Dr. John Solomons to embark on a musical journey like no other. The Clavier Recital promises to transport you to the realms of timeless melodies and exquisite virtuosity.The performance will be held in Irons Recital Hall, FA105, located in the South Section of the Fine Arts Building.The doors will open approximately 30 minutes before the performance time.Please be aware that no food or drink, aside from bottled water, is allowed in the recital hall.Parking is available in the West Campus Garage, and ADA parking is available at the meters on Nedderman Drive in front of Texas Hall.
