Description
Join Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) and the Intercultural Student Engagement Center (ISEC) for brief drop-in consultations. Speak with a UTA CAPS therapist face to face and get feedback on better ways to manage your stress. No registration is required. Please visit ISEC on Wednesdays from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. during the Fall 2024 semester.

Brace yourself for an electrifying workout experience that blends the power-packed moves of kickboxing. Every session is a thrilling combination of strength, agility, and cardiovascular training designed to keep you at the top of your game. This 30-minute cardio session class will be quick, fun, and will have you jabbing and kicking up a nice sweat!

This mind and body class utilizes yoga movements to improve your flexibility, posture, strength, and balance. The class will bring attention and focus to your breath while you flow from one posture to the next.

Group Exercise - Xplosion Xpress
This 45-minute class is a full body workout that will have you feeling strong and powerful. There will be various stations that you will move through which will target different muscles of your body, build strength and cardiovascular endurance. The class has a 10 participant limit.

Group Exercise - Resistance Training
This dynamic workout will target major muscle groups, enhance strength, and tone with a mix of challenging exercises designed to leave you empowered and energized.
