Description
Join Talent, Culture, and Engagement's HRIS Team for a series of open workshops designed to provide hands-on assistance and training! TCE's HELP series will be held twice a month in various computer labs across campus, bringing hands-on assistance directly to you. Whether you have a quick question or need a few hours to submit your eForms, you're welcome to come and go as needed.

Staff from HR Information Systems teams will be available to answer your questions and help with whatever comes up.

Group Exercise - Xplosion Xpress
This 45-minute class is a full body workout that will have you feeling strong and powerful. There will be various stations that you will move through which will target different muscles of your body, build strength and cardiovascular endurance. The class has a 10 participant limit.

Anthem Cycle is an uplifting 45-minute cycle class combining all types of Spanish music ranging from Banda all the way to Reggaeton.

Group Exercise - Strength & Endurance
This is a 30-minute session that utilizes weights to increase muscular strength along with cardiovascular exercises to improve endurance and stamina.

Group Exercise - Barre
Set to fun and energetic music, each class incorporates an upper body workout with weights and a combination of high-intensity sequences of the thigh, seat, and core exercises. Improving strength, more elongated muscles, and flexibility are key. Each class is designed to leave you feeling invigorated, challenged, and inspired.

Group Exercise - Strength & Conditioning
This is a full body workout designed to work on your strength, ignite your muscles, and build solid power. The class will focus on using added resistance and body weight to strengthen muscles and increase muscular endurance. The priority will be to deliver a fun, safe, and effective workout but to also move our bodies and have fun.
