There will be various stations that you will move through which will target different muscles of your body, build strength and cardiovascular endurance. The class has a 10 participant limit.

- Nov 137:30 PMSaxophone and Flute Choir ConcertAttend a combined concert featuring our saxophone choir under the direction of Professor Mike Nguyen and our flute choir students led by Dr. Hannah Chiasson.The performance will be held in Irons Recital Hall, FA105, located in the South Section of the Fine Arts Building.The doors will open approximately 30 minutes before the performance time.Be aware that no food or drink, aside from bottled water, is allowed in the recital hall.Parking is available in the West Campus Garage, and ADA parking is available at the meters on Nedderman Drive in front of Texas Hall.
