Gear up for another exciting academic year at the annual Fall Welcome Back Event. This event will be held on Monday, August 26, from 4 p.m.-6 p.m. at The University Club. This 45-minute class is a full body workout that will have you feeling strong and powerful. There will be various stations that you will move through which will target different muscles of your body, build strength and cardiovascular endurance. The class has a 10 participant limit.

This vibrant step aerobics class combines basic step combos with fun choreography set to top chart hits. This energetic class keeps you moving and grooving as you step to the rhythm, ensuring you have a blast while getting your cardio in. Come ready to sweat, smile, and find the beat in this exciting, music-driven class! 

This class starts with invigorating cardio to get your heart pumping, then transitions into fast-paced Pilates for a full-body workout. This seamless blend of cardio and Pilates will help you build strength, flexibility, and endurance. 

This dynamic workout will target major muscle groups, enhance strength, and tone with a mix of challenging exercises designed to leave you empowered and energized.

College can be a challenging, stressful time for students. In this virtual session, Counseling and Psychological Services will provide parents and families helpful tips and tools so they can effectively recognize signs if their student is experiencing high levels of stress, anxiety, homesickness, and other concerns. Parents and families will also learn about the intervention programs and resources available at UTA to guide their student through these feelings and challenges.
