Join UTA Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) for an eight-week drop-in workshop focused on learning, discussing, and practicing evidence-based skills that help in managing anxiety and stress. This class starts with invigorating cardio to get your heart pumping, then transitions into fast-paced Pilates for a full-body workout. This seamless blend of cardio and Pilates will help you build strength, flexibility, and endurance. 

This dynamic workout will target major muscle groups, enhance strength, and tone with a mix of challenging exercises designed to leave you empowered and energized.

EpICMavs is an entrepreneurship workshop series hosted by the Center for Entrepreneurship and Technology Development in collaboration with TechFW. This session will explore the basics of practical marketing. Attendees can expect a hands-on worshop tailored to set you up for success in the region's entreprenerial ecosystem.The event will be held at the Center for Entrepreneurship and Technology Development, located at 400 S. Center St. Arlington, Texas (at the intersection of Center St. and UTA Blvd.)There will be free food while supplies last.
