One of the most important documents in American history, the Constitution, will be celebrated at the UTA Central Library at noon Monday, Sept. 16. The Constitution Day event will be held in the sixth-floor atrium.Food will be provided at the event and attendees will receive Constitution-themed gift bags on a first-come, first-served basis. Attendees can also enter a raffle to win prizes, with the drawing taking place after the lecture. Library staff will notify raffle winners. There is no cost to attend the event.

This mind and body class utilizes yoga movements to improve your flexibility, posture, strength, and balance. The class will bring attention and focus to your breath while you flow from one posture to the next. 

This 45-minute class is a full body workout that will have you feeling strong and powerful. There will be various stations that you will move through which will target different muscles of your body, build strength and cardiovascular endurance. The class has a 10 participant limit.
