    This is a full body workout designed to work on your strength, ignite your muscles, and build solid power. this strenth and conditioning class will focus on using added resistance and body weight to strengthen muscles and increase muscular endurance. The goal is to deliver a fun, safe, and effective workout but to also move our bodies and have fun.
