Join us as we prepare fast meals that you can incorporate in your routine.Stacie Ellis is the Registered Dietitian at the University of Texas at Arlington, where she provides nutrition consultations and education for the students and staff on campus. Dr. Ellis is the proud owner of EXCELLIS Nutrition, a company geared toward performance nutrition, weight management, disordered eating, and medical nutrition therapy. Stacie serves as a consulting dietitian for Wellness Concepts, Health Fairs Direct, and American Health Assessments. She recently received her Doctoral degree in Nutrition with a minor in Kinesiology at Texas Woman's University. Her dissertation involved comparing a high-carbohydrate, low-fat diet to a low-carbohydrate, high-fat diet on performance in dancers. She has been interviewed with Women’s Health Magazine, The Oak Cliff Documentary, and Texas Metro News, and she also completed the Certificate of Training in Adult Weight Management Program on June 4-6, 2015.

- 1:30 PM1h 30mProfessional Skills Academy—TeamworkThe Professional Skills Academy (PSA) is a chance for you to meet in a small group with a staff member to learn more about the career competencies expected by today's employers, such as career and self-development, communication, critical thinking, leadership, professionalism, teamwork, and technology. There are seven total sessions. Each session will start with a presentation from the staff member, and there will be small group activities and a debrief. If you attend all seven sessions, you will receive a PSA Certificate at the end of the program. Space is limited to the first 30 students.

- 4:30 PM45mGroup Exercise - Xplosion XpressThis 45-minute class is a full body workout that will have you feeling strong and powerful. There will be various stations that you will move through which will target different muscles of your body, build strength and cardiovascular endurance. The class has a 10 participant limit.
- 6:00 PM45mGroup Exercise - Resistance TrainingThis dynamic workout will target major muscle groups, enhance strength, and tone with a mix of challenging exercises designed to leave you empowered and energized.

Appetizers are included with the price of admission. There will also be a cash bar available. Reception with food and drinks start at 6 p.m. in the planetarium atrium, and the concert starts at 7 p.m.
