- 12:00 PM50mGroup Exercise - BarreSet to fun and energetic music, each Barre class incorporates an upper body workout with weights and a combination of high-intensity sequences of the thigh, seat, and core exercises. Improving strength, more elongated muscles, and flexibility are key. Each class is designed to leave you feeling invigorated, challenged, and inspired.  
- 12:00 PM1h 30mOpen Textbook WorkshopOpen textbooks can alleviate the burden of educational costs for students and provide faculty with content that can be customized for their courses. Open textbooks are full, real textbooks, used by many faculty across the country, including here at UTA. They are licensed to be freely used, edited, and distributed. Many are also accompanied by customizable slides, test banks, and other supplemental materials.After the workshop, you’ll be asked to write a short review of an open textbook from the Open Textbook Library. Your review will benefit other faculty considering open textbooks, and you’ll receive a $200 stipend for your participation and written review. Everyone is welcome to attend the workshop, but only University employees classified as faculty are eligible to receive a stipend.An RSVP is recommended to attend this event. Lunch will be provided.

All are curated to keep you on your toes, and your workout routine lively and full of variety. Come and get ready to groove to diverse dance styles and music, ensuring a fun and energetic session each time. Unleash your inner dancer and leave feeling like a superstar!
- 3:00 PM30mGroup Exercise - Strength & EnduranceThis is a 30-minute session that utilizes weights to increase muscular strength along with cardiovascular exercises to improve endurance and stamina.
- 4:00 PM45mGroup Exercise - Strength & ConditioningThis is a full body workout designed to work on your strength, ignite your muscles, and build solid power. It will focus on using added resistance and body weight to strengthen muscles and increase muscular endurance. The priority is to deliver a fun, safe, and effective workout but to also move our bodies and have fun.
- 4:00 PM50mGroup Exercise - PilatesThe Pilates Method is a full-body conditioning program that develops deep abdominal and back strength, together with increased flexibility and ease of movement.  This class is aimed at “core stability,” designed to work on lengthening muscles to help tone and strengthen muscles, using breathing to enhance relaxation.  
- 5:00 PM45mGroup Exercise - Anthem CycleAnthem Cycle is an uplifting 45-minute cycle class combining all types of Spanish music ranging from Banda all the way to Reggaeton.
- 5:30 PM45mGroup Exercise - Xplosion XpressThis 45-minute class is a full body workout that will have you feeling strong and powerful. There will be various stations that you will move through which will target different muscles of your body, build strength and cardiovascular endurance. There will be a limit of 10 participants.
- 5:30 PM1h 15mGroup Exercise - Intermediate YogaInetermediate Yoga is a challenging yet mindful workout, designed to help you delve deeper into your practice by exploring more advanced poses to build strength, flexibility, and balance through a dynamic sequence of asanas. This class will leave you feeling energized, refreshed, and centered.
- 6:00 PM50mGroup Exercise - Dumbbells & DragonsCalling all dragon riders, knights, and rangers. It’s time to get fit! Dumbbells & Dragons combines martial arts, yoga, Pilates and more for a full body workout to help you take on the world.  
- 7:30 PM45mGroup Exercise - CycleGo for a spin! This ride is for everyone. Try this class of high intensity, medium impact cardio training in your target heart rate zone. A towel and water are required. The class is limited to 12 participants.
