Attendees can expect a hands-on worshop tailored to set you up for success in the region's entreprenerial ecosystem.The event will be held at the Center for Entrepreneurship and Technology Development, located at 400 Sout Center Street in Arlington (at the intersection of Center Street and UTA Boulevard).There will be free food while supplies last.

There will be various stations that you will move through which will target different muscles of your body, build strength and cardiovascular endurance. The class has a 10 participant limit.
- 5:00 PM45mGroup Exercise - Anthem CycleAnthem Cycle is an uplifting 45-minute cycle class combining all types of Spanish music ranging from Banda all the way to Reggaeton.
- 5:30 PM30mGroup Exercise - Strength & EnduranceThis is a 30-minute session that utilizes weights to increase muscular strength along with cardiovascular exercises to improve endurance and stamina.
- 6:00 PM50mGroup Exercise - BarreSet to fun and energetic music, each class incorporates an upper body workout with weights and a combination of high-intensity sequences of the thigh, seat, and core exercises. Improving strength, more elongated muscles, and flexibility are key. Each class is designed to leave you feeling invigorated, challenged, and inspired.  
- 6:30 PM45mGroup Exercise - Strength & ConditioningThis is a full body workout designed to work on your strength, ignite your muscles, and build solid power. The class will focus on using added resistance and body weight to strengthen muscles and increase muscular endurance. The priority will be to deliver a fun, safe, and effective workout but to also move our bodies and have fun.
- 7:30 PM45mGroup Exercise - YogaThis mind and body class utilizes yoga movements to improve your flexibility, posture, strength, and balance. The yoga class will bring attention and focus to your breath while you continuously flow from one posture to the next. 
- 7:30 PM1hString Chamber Ensemble ConcertAttend an enchanting evening of classical music as the UTA String Chamber Ensemble, under the exceptional leadership of Cathy Forbes, graces the stage with exceptional talent. This concert promises to be a captivating experience, showcasing the timeless beauty and artistry of string instruments.The performance will be held in Irons Recital Hall, FA105, located in the South Section of the Fine Arts Building.The doors will open approximately 30 minutes before the performance time.Please be aware that no food or drink, aside from bottled water, is allowed in the recital hall.Parking is available in the West Campus Garage, and ADA parking is available at the meters on Nedderman Drive in front of Texas Hall.
