- 1:30 PM1h 30mProfessional Skills Academy—TechnologyThe Professional Skills Academy is a chance for you to meet in a small group with one of our staff members to learn more about the career competencies expected by today's employers, such as career and self-development, communication, critical thinking, leadership, professionalism, teamwork, and technology. There are seven total sessions. Each session will start with a presentation from the staff member, and there will be small group activities, and a debrief. If you attend all seven sessions, you will receive a PSA Certificate at the end of the program. Space is limited to the first 30 students.

Every session is a thrilling combination of strength, agility, and cardiovascular training designed to keep you at the top of your game. This 30-minute cardio session class will be quick, fun, and will have you jabbing and kicking up a nice sweat!   
- 4:00 PM50mGroup Exercise - YogaThis mind and body class utilizes yoga movements to improve your flexibility, posture, strength, and balance. The class will bring attention and focus to your breath while you flow from one posture to the next. 
- 4:30 PM45mGroup Exercise - Xplosion XpressThis 45-minute class is a full body workout that will have you feeling strong and powerful. There will be various stations that you will move through which will target different muscles of your body, build strength and cardiovascular endurance. The class has a 10 participant limit.
- 6:00 PM45mGroup Exercise - Resistance TrainingThis dynamic workout will target major muscle groups, enhance strength, and tone with a mix of challenging exercises designed to leave you empowered and energized.
- 6:30 PM45mGroup Exercise - Performance Cycle 45Performance Cycle 45 is 45 minutes of HIIT cycle class that will challenge your cardio fitness. With group work, fast flats, and heavy climbs, this class is designed to take your performance to the next level. A towel and water bottle are required.

It is based on an Idea by Jerome Robbins.On the Town is a classic musical that follows the adventures of three American sailors on a 24-hour shore leave in New York City during World War II, leading to a whirlwind of romance, comedy, and dance as they explore the city’s iconic landmarks. Based on an idea by Jerome Robbins, the production examines the interplay between expectation and reality. The show's depiction of the fleeting nature of youth and love, together with music by Leonard Bernstein and lyrics by Betty Comden and Adolph Green, makes for a heartwarming theatrical experience.First produced on Broadway in 1944 and on film in 1949, this musical has enjoyed a number of revivals since its original debut. Directed by J. Austin Eyer, music directed by Vicky Nooe, co-choreographed by Sarah Fagan, and designed by UTA Faculty and Staff, On the Town is a fully produced mainstage musical, featuring a cast of talented Theatre Arts and Dance students.On The Town is presented by arrangement with Concord Theatricals on behalf of Tams-Witmark LLC. www.concordtheatricals.com
- 7:30 PM1hString Chamber Ensemble ConcertAttend an enchanting evening of classical music as the UTA String Chamber Ensemble, under the exceptional leadership of Cathy Forbes, graces the stage with exceptional talent. This concert promises to be a captivating experience, showcasing the timeless beauty and artistry of string instruments.The performance will be held in Irons Recital Hall, FA105, located in the South Section of the Fine Arts Building.The doors will open approximately 30 minutes before the performance time.Be aware that no food or drink, aside from bottled water, is allowed in the recital hall.Parking is available in the West Campus Garage, and ADA parking is available at the meters on Nedderman Drive in front of Texas Hall.
