There will be various stations that you will move through which will target different muscles of your body, build strength and cardiovascular endurance. The class has a 10 participant limit.

- 7:30 PM1hUTA Percussion Ensemble ConcertJoin us for an exhilarating evening of rhythm, energy, and musical creativity at the University of Texas at Arlington's Percussion Ensemble Concert! This captivating event promises to deliver a unique auditory experience that will leave you mesmerized and tapping your feet. The UTA Percussion Ensemble, under the direction of Dr. Andrew Eldridge, is one of the key components of the percussion curriculum at UTA.The performance will be held in Irons Recital Hall, FA105, located in the South Section of the Fine Arts Building.The doors will open approximately 30 minutes before the performance time.Be aware that no food or drink, aside from bottled water, is allowed in the recital hall.Parking is available in the West Campus Garage, and ADA parking is available at the meters on Nedderman Drive in front of Texas Hall.
