- 4:30 PM45mGroup Exercise - Xplosion XpressThis 45-minute class is a full body workout that will have you feeling strong and powerful. There will be various stations that you will move through which will target different muscles of your body, build strength and cardiovascular endurance. The class has a 10 participant limit.
- 6:00 PM45mGroup Exercise - Resistance TrainingThis dynamic workout will target major muscle groups, enhance strength, and tone with a mix of challenging exercises designed to leave you empowered and energized.
- 6:30 PM45mGroup Exercise - Performance Cycle 45Performance Cycle 45 is 45 minutes of HIIT cycle class that will challenge your cardio fitness. With group work, fast flats, and heavy climbs, this class is designed to take your performance to the next level. A towel and water bottle are required.  
- 7:30 PM1hSaxophone and Flute Choir ConcertAttend a combined concert featuring our saxophone choir under the direction of Professor Mike Nguyen and our flute choir students led by Dr. Hannah Chiasson.The performance will be held in Irons Recital Hall, FA105, located in the South Section of the Fine Arts Building.The doors will open approximately 30 minutes before the performance time.Be aware that no food or drink, aside from bottled water, is allowed in the recital hall.Parking is available in the West Campus Garage, and ADA parking is available at the meters on Nedderman Drive in front of Texas Hall.
