There will be various stations that you will move through which will target different muscles of your body, building strength, and cardiovascular endurance. The class is limited to 10 participants. 
- 12:00 PM50mGroup Exercise - Strength TrainingStength Training is a great class that will use a variety of equipment that will tone and strengthen your entire body. This class will have you sweating hard and feeling accomplished.
- 12:30 PM3hFall Glass SuncatchersIn this FabLab workshop, learners will be guided through creating their own fall-themed glass suncatcher! Learners will be taught the techniques of cutting and arranging glass to create their desired design, as well as the components of glass, how it works on a physical level, and how to be safe when handling it.

- 3:00 PM45mGroup Exercise - CycleGo for a spin! This ride is for everyone. Try this class of high intensity, medium impact cardio training in your target heart rate zone. A towel and water are required. There is a 12 participant limit.

The goal is to deliver a fun, safe, and effective workout but to also move our bodies and have fun.
- 7:30 PM1hUTA Trombone Ensemble and Choir ConcertJoin us for a recital featuring the students of trombone professor Jacob Muzquiz!The performance will be held in Irons Recital Hall, FA105, located in the South Section of the Fine Arts Building.The doors open approximately 30 minutes before the performance time.Be aware that no food or drink, aside from bottled water, is allowed in the recital hall.Parking is available in the West Campus Garage, and ADA parking is available at the meters on Nedderman Drive in front of Texas Hall.
